I wouldn't be surprised if number 5 at Twin Hills originally fit this description. Although it is a gamble to go for the green in two with a small landing area and typically playing into a headwind, I wouldn't be surprised if the creek on either side of the green originally remained connected, instead of the deep swale that currently exists. The line in the below photo approximates the swale in front of the green and almost had to have been where the creek ran (even if PM removed the hazard in the original design). The 1937 course photo on the Twin Hills page makes it seem like this is a possibility, but I cannot conclusively tell.

Also, if there had been room to push the tee box back just a little on number 8 (long par 4 and #1 hdcp that typically plays into the wind) it would have easily fit this template.
